Project Mural

Ah, so the mural. After long hours of thinking and planning, Mary and I had finally come up with a good layout for this epic painting. We've decided to draw a seamonster, chasing a walrus driven yellow submarine, who is chasing Peter Pan. Below Peter Pan will be Bikini Bottom and some fish and coral. [i secretly intend to hide Spock in here somewhere, I just don't know where just yet] ahahha. Well this is a picture of us early yesterday morning before we began to paint. Yes, we are wearing masks, we had a series of smelly spray paints. D; Good times. We don't know when it will be finished but I will post pictures of the finished works, don't worry. Lol good times. goooooood times.

Ugh School

Today, was the first day of school. And my Spock, it was CRAZY! I knew a few kids there and I never got lost but most of my teachers are crazy people. Ecspecially my MATH teacher! Shes like Umbridge, the crazy pink cat lady in Harry Potter. Its really scary. My science teacher has decided to call me Spock, my study skills teacher is "fabulous" and the kids look at me like a freak. [They're just jealous of my awesomeness]

And the worst part of all, it will go on for 179 more days! D; I know it sucks. I hate it!
What kind of teacher calls a kid Spock on the first day of school?
Okay, so maybe I have short hair....and maybe I just looked at him with a blank face, and maybe I knew all the science terms he was talking about but my Spock whats wrong with him?!

My New School.

Well, school starts in exactly a week. I went to my orientation today. I'm not very nervous but I still wish school never had to start. I'm going to be a freshman and I am to attend NWCTA. Its a career school and I'm going there out of intrest.

I enjoy the kind of studies the school offers and the campus looks pretty nice [thats it in the picture] andd its said that the only fights that happen here are like "My calculator can kick your protractors butt!" and sadly, I believe it. Well, we'll see what its like in a week. :/ I've got A LOT of school supply shopping to do in the mean time so, Shae Out!

Ah, home sweet Home.

Ah, I'm back in Vegas! I don't think I've ever been so happy to be back in the hot oven before. But you see, while I was in PA, my parents bought a new house. [:
<- thats the house.

It needs a TON of work but its well worth it. In the back yard theres a huge pool and the rooms are huge as well. [Plus, I get to paint my room red] ahahah. I love that colour. [YES I SPELL IT THAT WAY!]

My dads girlfriend, Ann-Marie [she lives with us] has demanded that my friend Mary and I are to paint a mural on the wall outside in the back yard. Its gonna be next to the pool so she wants it to have something to do with underwater life. I'm really excited to start coming up with ideas. Well intill later, Shae Out!

Off to 4-H Camp!

Woot! Off to camp I go!

Every year I go to 4-H overnight camp for the first week in August. Its a really great time and this year I'll be a counsler! Nothing more fun then bossing around a bunch of little kids! ahaha, just joking. But this year I get to do things I never got to do before, like go on break and not have to sit through recreation in the theatre to watch Disney movies.

Well, this will be my very last post from Pennsylvaina. I know its sad but I leave soon after camp is over and my Grandma Jen takes me to the airport and since I'll already be in VA with her thers no real reason to come back up. So, intill camps over, Shae out!

Watchmen FTW!

Woot! I totally pre-ordered it off of Amazon. -._-.
Anywho, I watched it as soon as I beat the Post man down for it. [Ehehehe, not really.]
So anyways the best part of watching to movie on DVD was I got to fast forward through all the sex scenes. I mean its not that I don't like watching two people get it one after kicking ass I just would rather not watch it.
Anyways, my mom wanted me to let my little brother watch it with me and I told her 'No mom hes too little. Its rated R' so I finally got my brother to leave me alone after I showed him the dirty scenes . xD Im so devious
After I finally finished watching Wathchmen [Squee! Its so fun to say..or in this case type] My friend came over and we went to watch Secret Window. On the way back upstairs I got a HUGE splinter jammed underneath my index finger on my right hand. I didn't notice how big it was intill I pulled it out and blood started to pour down my finger. -shudder-
I made my grandma go by me a series of different bandaides. A case of Batman bandaides and a case of wild animal bandaides. Even though it stopped bleeding the bandaide just makes it feel a lot better. xD

Well isn't this bananas?

I was searching the web the other day and I came across some information that I thought to be rather interesting.
There was a thing on Yahoo, that claims Humans have been opening bananas the wrong way for hundreds of years. You see, Humans tend to open the banana from the stem, and it seems to be really frustraing to pull and twist the stem and in the end the top of the banana is mushy. Who wants to eat a mushy banana anyways? So a team of hispanic researchers studied some monkeys and its turns on that the monkeys were opening bananas the right way for hundreds of years. Who knew?!
When monkeys open banana's they open it from the bottom . Crazy right? Wrong. Turns out that its much simpler to open bananas that way. After watching the video, I still didn't believe it and decided to test it myself. So, I took the banana and pinched the bottom like they did in the video and what do you know, it worked. It was much simpler and way faster. So from now on, I will be opening bananas that way just to save a moment or so. You should try it too and let me know how it works out. C
